TK Seeks Community Input to Address Growth and Needs

Thornapple Kellogg enrollment continues to grow at a steady pace and the district is running out of space especially in the elementary schools. The TK administration and Board of Education are asking for community input to help make decisions about the future of the district. One community forum has already been held and a second is planned for 6:30 p.m. April 23 in the Middle School Room 1616. All community members are welcome to attend. During the forum, Superintendent Rob Blitchok, Assistant Superintendent Craig McCarthy and representatives from GMB Architecture & Engineering and Owen-Ames-Kimball will lead a discussion regarding the district’s current status as well as possible next steps to meet the future needs of the district.
